Can anybody recommend any steamboat cruises? Will be visiting late October. Thanks.

I think the American Queen is the only boat currently offering Mississippi cruises. Please correct me if I am wrong.

There are only a few to choose from. The steamboat Natchez seems to be the most popular. Also looks like there is one called the Creole Queen. I'd probably just go with the Natchez, it leaves right along the river in the French Quarter.

I think the American Queen is a cruise type one where you spend the night on it for like 9 days, probably not what your looking for.
