My husband and I have decided to move to NO and he is in need of info about starting a maintenance or a construction business,he has been in business for 16 years. What are city requirements? Also whats the best area for refurbishing homes? Also what area is good as a mixed neighborhood in NO,and does anyone know about buying the damaged unclaimed homes?What are the prices and areas for 2 bedrooms in a high rise?
