How is the area around Iberville St. and Broad Street? It is around 25 min. walk north of the French Quarter. If one were to take the trolley at night (say 11pm) from Bourbon St. and get off there would a 5 min. walk to a hotel be a safety concern?

Safety in numbers. I wouldn't be out at that time in the area. Nothing good happens.

French Quarter is full of people right? Then at night I plan to Uber back to my hotel in that area but it only means getting out of the car and into the hotel...

Why bother to ask if you're just going to question the answer?

Nawlin is not unsafe, except if you want to play in the hood, but the tourist area, total safe. There cops every where. Just watch out for the drunks. keep every thing in your pockets, dont carry a bag
