I read tons of great reviews on it and decided to book it for our upcoming vacation out that way. I hope it's as good as the reviews say.

The area is fine, it's downtown in a good area. The hotel was recently completely rennovated and should be in great shape. It's not your "typical" Drury either with much nicer appointments in the lobby. I haven't been in the rooms so I can't say anything about that.

I haven't stayed in that particular Drury Inn, but when we travel we have stayed in many Drury Inns and never regretted the choice. Rooms are generally clean, hot breakfast is nice, and management is responsive and seems to care.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside! It's a very nice hotel overall and I would stay there for upcoming visit in a heartbeat. We tried to book for the Essence Festival, but they were already booked for the whole weekend
