Jacq, back in the day this place would even scare the locals But I've gotta say you are the adventurous sort so I'd be happy to indoctrinate you to the Rocky's experience, (actually they are waaay tamer than they were pre-K).

A sad post-script to hear Rocky died after a fall today. At 94, I guess he had a long innings.

RIP Rocky I was just asking about him the other day and Da Blanchie said he had just gotten out of the hospital. He was like a grumpy grandpa. He had the biggest heart and would lend money to people he barely knew. He even helped us out a time or two back in our younger and leaner days. I'm going to miss him something terrible.

not to belabor the point about rocky and carlos, but there is a good video on the page of nola.com that talks about his passing
