Looking at your posts, it seems like you want to move to several places including NY and Boston. What specifically are you looking for besides a lot of Italian heritage?

I think Metairie at Christmas looks like the movie Goodfellas sometimes...same for the Westbank sometimes.

When we were there two years ago we pulled into the Metairie Cemetery (which tourists with rental cars should do, by the way ~ it's worth the effort), and there was a large section of Italian families buried there. I turned around and looked right at Louis Prima's tomb.

So this lead us to assume that there is a lot of Italian history in that area.
