This trade doesn't make any sense. You trade away an extreme strength in Graham for somebody who's supposed to be a very good center- you fill one hole while creating another. Colston is no longer the player he once was, and we don't have PT for the screen game anymore, so a lot of the receiving yardage is going to have to come from Cooks and Stills, both of whom are largely unproven.

All true. Rouse's should run a special on brown-paper-bags for next season...

I'm not sold on it either. I did notice Jimmy' s body language and attitude seemed a little different this last season. Maybe there's more to the story, or maybe I'm wrong.

Its been widely rumored that Jimmy hasn't gotten along too well with Coach Payton for a long time...

Makes perfect sense. Graham hasn't been a weapon since the 2013 season, last year he might as well have been in his airplane during the games. Josh Hill can do better than Jimmy did the last season, he fills the void perfectly fine. The screen game was irrelevant last season, never got anything going. Coaches and even fans figured us out. I hate to see PT go, but I never wanted to give Graham that kind of money. Without Brees, he's not all the great, I'm sure he'll do well with Seattle but imagine if he went to Buffalo or NY?

I have confidence in Stills, I like what I've seen in him alot. Cooks is unproven, true.

I just hope we can keep Keenan Lewis, he gets emotional it seems.

You guys can mope around if you want but I'm ok for now. Want to see what kind of moves we make in the draft.

This trade is a good one if you look at it. Like annie said, J. Hill is a pretty good TE , and we needed a major upgrade on the offensive line and we get a 1st round pick. They need to draft on defense with that pick. Offense is going to be great as usual with B. Cooks, K. Stills, B. Watson, J. Hill, Colston and N Toon receiving.

Now I'm hearing rumors of a possible Brees trade. What an off season.

I heard those rumors were false but I wouldn't be surprised if a trade did happen.

Eventually it does. Just like when frisco did it to Montana, green bay did it to Favre, Indy did it to Peyton.....it's the business
