But no, I think Rob should stay. I like him and I think the players really like him and our defense hasn't been looking that bad. If anything I'd look more into trading Payton.

I'm not so sure about Rob Ryan's defensive scheme, but it was great to see his fire on the sidelines. Nice to see a little emotion from somebody. This team needs that.

Personally, I don't want to see Payton go. I just want to see him get back to how he used to be. No fear, and we can do whatever we want to do. I saw flashes of that on Thursday.
