It's the end of the first quarter, and I'll go ahead and call you crazy.

Good call. As I said, it wasn't Rob Ryan.

Yeah, I was hoping to at least see a little difference. I feel like this team got really bad, really fast. It doesn't look like there's a quick fix.

I could use a shot of that right now. That was ugly.

I think if Payton is available, there are about 15 teams that will line up for him.
How did the offense work against the Texans? A 24-6 loss should be a statement.

It was a statement, and I don't know what the answer to the problem is, but I still think getting rid of Payton is not the answer. I could be wrong. I'm certainly no expert. Who would take his place? And don't say Schwartz. If we could get Belichick to leave the Patriots, I'm on board.

Keeping Payton and staying the course as is will not lead to change and progress for the Saints. I think the Payton era is nearing an end. The Saints need to rebuild and go in a fresh direction.

There are better head coach candidates than Schwartz.

I have to completely agree with Knight. Since last season I've been saying Peyton is done...and so is Brees. In fact I believe in most other cities the two would've gotten the slip a while ago, but Benson(gotta love him) is a true New Orleanian and resists the idea of change and restructuring

...its not always a bad thing

I grew up friends with a player on the New Orleans Saints, its sad to see this great organization fall this far. Brees and Payton Era has been fun to watch thou, Saints still won it all in 09 so you have to thank them for that.
