Definitely check it out. Fortunately, its NOTHING like River Garden. One could only hope and speculate what the outcome of the new Ibervillle will be, but I do know that its not the same developer taking on this project.

I've passed by it a couple times. I just don't want to live in Gentilly. I don't have kids or a wife yet.

I live in River Garden now, and denifitly want to move out.
Saw some information about this apartment. But I'm still kind of worried. I'm a femal student and want to live alone. So I need a place that is really safe and quiet. Is this apartment like that?

I just did a walk through over at columbia parc and I was totally amazed by it. They even have marble on the window seals I am waiting to hear back from them now in ref to a two bedroom. I am relocating from Baton Rouge and so far this has been the BEST development i've seen thus far. The old St.thomas and Melpomene(don't know if the spelling is correct but those two locations are terrible and they look as if the same people are there..
