Why not turn old CHARITY into the NEW CITY HALL ..... It would be perfect , and its MASSIVE , it could contain EVERYTHING , and the ART DECO nature of the building would make it an INSTANT show peice for the city , like ST LOUIS CATHEDERAL......With the money they planned on using to buy the CHEVERON BUILDING , they could use that to put NEW ORLEANIANS to work rehabbing Charity into the "NEW" NEW ORLEANS CITY HALL ........... And it had tons of parking in that huge multi structure parking garage behind Charity across from the old emergency room ......
Those two great little buildings in the front could be turned into great little resturants, yet MORE JOBS ....I bet the city would get great help from organizations who help cities rehab older buildings and put them back in to use , such as CHARITY , its a very HOT looking buildings .... and belongs to be put bak into use .........And we need a new CITY HALL ..... PERFECT FIT .................

No, its too big and its not a fitting city hall building.

Then again I'm for going back to Gallier Hall..and whatever departments don't fit, just get cut.
