Lets see the electric co wants me to pay for a new plant so they can sell more electricity at a higher price and and send a little extra to help others pay there bills? Don't we have a high capacity nuclear power plant, why should we be building extrea power plants, seems to me we should get all the electricity from the nuke plant first, then sell any excess to the whimps that cry they don't want one in there back yard if we have any left over.
