urban country? Does not compute.
We need a clarification as to what is even meant by this.

A secluded urban area? I'm just guessing what "urban country" means....

Like an urban area?? I'd say so. You can walk just about anywhere, there is an overwhelming amount of local business instead of americana chain crap, there is sufficient public transit, the core is mostly old, immigrants have come and continue to come here. If you mean something else let me know. But I'd say mostly due to its age it can have more of an urban feel than alot of the newer southern sprawl cities.

wow you understood what I meant...

but every response says no, NOLA is not urban country so I'll take it. I could see cities in Texas as "urban country". Thanks for New Orleans not fitting the title...
