Question for anyone who knows how this lottery process works? Since the Q41 is a mix condo/Rental building. Would lottery applicants have an option to buy if they get selected?
I called this morning; actually, I have been calling every Monday without giving my name; they say the same thing week in and week out' "7-10 days"; this morning the lady told be they are experiencing delays and have not chosen anyone yet, and will "probably send out answers by the end of the month".
Was just curious to see how many people actually applied, since there are only 109 apartments.
I have Municipal and Disabled Preference, and my number was in the 700s.
Just got our rejection letter. Apparently they are only looking for residents with a credit score over 700. They felt the need to tell us that ours was between 675-699....SO CLOSE! Oh well. Hope everyone else fairs better!
We had community board preference and a number in the low 500's. Gave in all our information on October 31.
Thanks for Sharing JM, I guess we have no chance, our credit score is under 700 also. I had a community preference in the high 2,000s. I'll confirm when I receive my letter. I guess hope is the last thing you lose very sad
Womp womp...
Letter came in we had municipal preference, so close but they want a 700+ credit score guys and gals.
For those that received the same letter, I'm interested in knowing what bureau they used
Experian- Equifax- or Trans Union?
I ask because they used my lowest range 650-675 w/ Experian.
Anywho, keep the faith and keep us posted.
Got my rejection letter, credit history under 700, oh well, it was not meant to be. Thanks to all for keeping me current. Best of luck to all. Btw on my way to work from the N train, I saw a group of people watching an apt last monday, I wonder what that means.
I really think the initial interview was poorly handled by Bronx Pro, I did asked the question about credit rating needed and could not get a straight answer.
I got my postcard on 11/18 and had my interview/ filed papers on 5/12. I have no preference, and my number is in the low 200's. I do have decent credit. How many chances do I have in your opinion?
Is there anyone here who actually got an apartment already?
I am still waiting to hear news; I gave my papers the first week of November. I know they check my credit already.
