Wow all the people that were there and there is no apartments left . That's messed up if we were all there for maybe 5 apartments . What do you mean the buildings rents out the roof and community room ?
I got a call to review an apartment. I'm nervous. Was at the 12/6 interview. Do anyone know if we can view more than one unit

Doesn't really sound like you are in a hurry to get the apartment because this would be a non-issue really. There are policies in place and time limits for the community rooms, but some people are extremely picky, and I respect that.
On another note, It seems like the other apartments have already been assigned to other individuals who they have yet to contact. Or it's just a white lie they tell so people don't think they can select whatever apartment they think is more convenient for them. Who knows.
That's weird because I called wavecrest at 10 today this anticipation is killing me and she said the approvals and denials would start going out AFTER January 1st for Webster E commons.

I went to that interview on 12/6 ...they mailed back my money order this week lol along with an "keep on the lookout" for a approve/denied letter (im guessing sometime this week or next ill be getting it).
Im gonna go ahead and assume that anyone that didnt get back their money order back got approved....

Don't give up hope friend!!!!! You might not fit in some but that doesn't mean you can't fit in any with your income!!!!! There's an application out there for everyone!!!!!!! No everyone who didn't get their money order got approved that just means that they met the income requirement and so they're gonna use the money order for their next step which is the background check. Not everyone will pass that part. But don't stop applying!!!
I didn't like the apartment because i have a small baby and I know what it is like living in a building with a community room. The apartment windows are facing the area where people rent out the roof for parties etc just like community room according to the super. You can rent out the room plus the roof top. All the windows are facing this area. Basically no privacy. Especially if events are taking place. Plus they couldn't even tell me what are the hours the room is open too. I see major problems with that apartment. Maybe that's why ppl are turning it down.
If you are paying thousands of dollars a years for a place to call home. It should be something you love. Don't just throw away your money and not be happy.
