I know this is so random but I’ve beenn living here for 10 months & haven’t made any friends which is crazy lol. So if any of you girls would like to be friends feel free to message me!
I just realized they checked my credit too (checked my report and saw the inquiry) and my number is much higher than yours, so I wouldn't read too much into this--it's just the way this marketing agent operates, and I believe all it means is that so far, given the documents we're presented and our CB preference, we're qualified, but it's a long, strange trip from qualified to final approval that loops into all realms of surreal along the way...
What did the inquiry come up as ? Breaking ground?
Did you guys see the pricing for the rooftop this summer? 3,200? Yea they must be doing crack
I swear I ran back to this forum just to say this! The roof is beautiful but definitely NOT worth a $3200 membership! For only 3 months?! Copper must be really in need of the finances cause it makes no sense

I only got the email saying that they were gonna roll out rates this weekend etc... $3200?!?!?!!! For that tiny space you gotta fight for?? TWO grills? And a pool you can't even swim in? That is out of control. Disgusting really.

There’s a press release article on 6sqft .com that discusses the new sentry rooftop club in detail. It starts at $1600 and goes up to $3200 for the entire summer. Either way it’s ridiculous.
I'm not trying to sound rude but the rooftop seems to be designed as a private club. Membership isn't even that crazy vs something like Soho House. Residents still have access to the archway pool correct? If so then the complaints here are kinda silly and the sense of entitlement is unreal.
