I just looked on street easy I have downtown view and the river. its a corner view of the river and my apt is high up in the building.
Right. That makes sense.
I am also on a high floor, but on the other side, so I have United Nations and river view. And even though the view of the United Nations is actually blocked by the building in front of me, there is a clear view of the city skyline and the river. It's lovely.
Your downtown view is quite expansive and open and just all around great, so CONGRATULATIONS !
I think we have a chance of finding out way before that but to be honest bg is really un-predictable!
