Nothing really to say about him other than he does his job and has responded to all my emails within a few days.

I do want to give a little advice to everyone, though. No need to ask your coordinator for a status every week or so. Everyone goes through the same process and once it's in the city's hands, you simply have to wait. Easier said than done, I know!!! lol But if they have any information for you, they will definitely contact you. If they need anything from you, they will contact you. If you want to know if you're getting a 1/2/3 bdrm, they're going to tell you to wait until the city approves you for that info. You'll just get yourself mad asking them questions that they're not going to answer. lol
Okay Thanks

Honestly I think me knowing every week where I stood was better then waiting till today to know whether my file was sent to HDC or not. See I went to the interview for Summit on Feb 1 and now March 20 they sent it to HDC. Not knowing what was going on would've have me overwhelmed and I went to the interview for Crossroads on March 10 and 10 days later not knowing where I stand has me going crazy.... jk no but seriously just hearing it is in process or whatever is better then not hearing anything at all. Again in my opinion.

Thank you for your input I really appreciate it and thank you for letting me know I was asking about the bedroom size didn't know if the city assigns them or management.

I also do the same. I call every week to find out the status of my application that is how I find I out my application was sent to the City for approval. I asked Natalie about the bedroom size, she did not know. she transfer my call to another person and he told me that the bedroom size is base on income and household size and that my application is down for a 2 bedroom, and is only me and my daughter.

It's so nice to hear everyone talking about their experiences. I'm still waiting on any information on my application. It's been almost 2 months now and it's really nerve racking being that I'm 8 months pregnant, I call also to check up but it's always the same person with the same response. My credit wasn't ever checked also ..

This morning I emailed Natalie on the status of my application and she said it's in process that's all. I'm happy that I got an answer at least. This waiting game is the worst. Good luck everyone.

Do you call or email? For which one are you going for?

Question: So they sent me to notarize a asset certification and in less the an hour I notarized, scan it back in the system and email back. I am not taking any chances but do you guys think that is HDC asking cause they told me I was complete yet now they ask for that. What do you guys think from experience? This not for Crossroads though this is for summit.
