OMG!!!!! Both apartments are lovely! Lots of space also, which is great. And I am jealous of your dishwasher ARC8915!!! I am going Wednesday to see a unit. I still cannot get excited LOL... Do they ask for updated paperwork before approval/lease signing?

LOL it's not mines yet but fingers crossed. & no, no extra paper work they have asked me for thus far. My file was good and credit check came back on point so now it's in HDC hands. She said my move in date would be may 15th but they're working hard to get me in may 1st !!! Praying for the best. Where are you going to see an apartment at?

Not approved yet. My file is still with HDC. I am just going with the flow at this point... lol. I don't know why they ask people to view apartments before the final approval.

I had to resubmit my pay stubs so get those in order just in case.
