The reverse is true for Brook Avenue.
Brook Avenue is filling up extremely quickly. My entire floor is leased and the other floors are filling up as well.

I am out. As I expected our income is too high now. I can't appeal because it would be pointless. I am not sure I should even bother applying to any other lottery since we are between income bands now Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!! I am happy for all those who got approved, and I'll be here to celebrate your move ins haha...
I'll post the few photos I got of the unit I saw when I figure out how to do it.

I been in the Brook Avenue apartments. They're pretty nice. They got security on the first floor. Elevator had the moving cushion on em to prevent scratching. Has the new building smell. Hallway tiles were light colored. Like a white or a gray. Apartments are spacious. Nice light cherry wood floors. Mini breakfast bar. Not bad. But the surrounding area? Ain't sh**

Still waiting as well. I saw the apartment a few weeks ago but still have not heard anything back yet concerning the city's approval.

Which development? Did u have to wait the 6 weeks or longer? Is your number low? Only thing I'm getting from both developments is that I'm still eligible and I'm waiting for my number to get reached
