I was approved by the city exactly 4 weeks after viewing the apt...so yeah it's true that it varies. Natalie told me it would take 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks) . But it was more like 20 business days (4 weeks) for me lol.
I did my interview April 28th I was contacted 2 days later with a five day notice for my banking information I sent that same day.now I have heared nothing. Does anyone know what's taking so long
Literally A half hour after writing this comment , I was called and told to schedule to come in and sign my lease. I signed my lease today and my move in date is next Friday.
