New here... in the 120% for a studio. I’m a freelancer but having cash income does not disqualify you so I am confused by jjocm927 post. If submitting all the required paperwork cash income is fine..... so????

Have you been assigned a unit? I'm viewing a unit this week.

No. Still in the submitting paperwork phase 😩
You’re way ahead of me. Lol
Lmk how it goes. When you view the unit do you sign the lease? Pay the deposit and first month rent? Can you choose your move in date?

I don't know the answer to any of those questions but I guess I'll learn all that info and post here when I do. I'm not 100% sure I'm going to take it as it's still kinda pricey and seems smallish. I dunno. Maybe I'm just anxious.

From what I can gather from the internet I'm guessing around 430 sqft.

Really? Hmm, that's cheaper than I thought it'd be. Kind of expensive, but maybe worth it for the convenience of not traveling for a gym.

Do you know if the $175 gets you storage and bike storage, too?
