Well, it’s starting to look like we’ll be neighbors, Pink Snake. BG contacted me today to say that my application passed their internal compliance and is ready to be sent to HPD. I’ll be going in tomorrow to sign the papers to release the information to the city for final review. I assume tomorrow they will also tell me the unit number of the specific apartment I’d be assigned as long as the city finds no problems with my application. At least that is how it worked for the apartment in another building uptown I got approved for. Did it work the same for you with BG?

Yes. By the time I got my appointment notice that’s all they had left for my household size. It’s fine by me, I’m in a slightly larger studio right now. Less that I’ll have to clean. :-)

Oh! And you have a washer and dryer in your unit right? My current studio doesn’t have that. God, that will be heaven!

Yes. They come with nice stacked Bosch washer and dryer. There's also a coin/card operated laundry room somewhere in the building.

My paperwork is on its way to HPD. I got assigned an R unit on the 10th floor. Was hoping for something a little higher up for noise reasons, but it will do. What floor are you on?
