2X,XXX no preference. Well, that wasn't fun. Still holding out on The Hub with my very good log number (250s) but it's hard to stay positive.

I got #63,XXX , but I had 14xx on 461 Dean and was called in for an interview and what happens?...I wind up on the freaking waiting list and we all know that I'm never getting off of it!! These lotto things are sooooo frustrating and a complete joke!!

Finally! I am mid-13,000s, no preference. Actually that is the lowest number I've ever gotten for one of these big lotteries, so we will see, not holding my breath.

You've got zero chance.

I'm at 66K, so I'm right there with you.

It's quite sad that we have to rely on something like these lotteries to be able to live in a decent place in NYC . And, we are all anxiously await log numbers to see if we even have a chance.

This building is messed up anyway, it's affordable housing, but MOST of the units are going to people who make over 100 K :/ This was one of the few buildings that have Band 3 income levels though, as was 461 Dean and Carlton. there's not much hope for us middle band people in these lotteries. There's GAZILLIONS of apartments in all the lotteries in Manhattan for very low income people and in other developments outside Pacific Park, but not for middle income band people who make too much for subsidies but not enough to afford market rate... it really blows and makes me question what is the point of staying in this city? good luck to everyone with low log numbers! Maybe another person affiliated with a real estate blog that's in bed with all the big developers in the city will win an apartment like they did at 461dean and gloat about it on a blog I won't mention :/

Aquarius37 why don't you try Essex Crossings....I know they are in Manhattan but it's going to be a great area (not too bad now) and they have mid band slots, they are also going to be building more in the future.
