Can somebody explain what those log numbers mean? and how are they determined?

Hi there. No it doesn’t work like that. They pick ransoms numbers starting low. Then place these in preference groups( ie community board, disability, and city employees). Once they do that they place all the applications in chronological order in each preference group and go by that. After all the preference groups are full whatever units they have left go for the general population in which those numbers are also in chronological order from low to high. Hope this helps.

After you’ve had your interview. There isn’t much to do except wait. The marketing agent will reach out to you if they need anything. If the building is open the process won’t take that long but it can take from at least 1.5 months to even longer to finally move in.
I recommend you goggle Marketing Handbook HPD and download the PDF. Once you start reading that, you will probably want to skim the whole thing. I think that seeing and understanding the process will help with your anxiety.
