They must be really trying to get ahead of this thing, applicant-wise. The building is way under construction... Exterior facade is still going on in places, a bunch of windows haven't been installed, the retail space is heavily under construction. By the time they start interior? unless they are working around the clock, this ain't going to be done until clean into the Fall, in my quasi-professional opinion.
I'm hoping for a low log on this one, I have CB preference.
