Hi All,

Looks like no one has been posting in awhile. I'm curious if anyone has moved in yet? Also, I wanted to update my status with this process. So my assigned worker just notified me saying she's sending my file over to the city for approval. My question is how long does it take to receive an answer? Does the city automatically approve you once the management sends your file over for verification and approval? And has anyone viewed their unit? or moved in as of yet? I'm interested in hearing back from everyone!

Thank you Harlem! Have you heard anything from management? I wonder if the building is ready for tenants to move in?

I didn’t apply for this one. However I went past the building like two weeks ago and it’s ready. Looks really nice. I foresaw this. 138th Street is gonna be the block to watch

Wow! They're still doing interviews? I did mine November 2017. I hear the building is awaiting its TCO before they can start allowing us to view the apts. Good Luck Stephy!
