That's still a good log number! Also, this area of the BX is really coming up and transportation wise its really a great location.
Has it really? My aunt lived by on e 138th and the area was not good at all...I haven't been around in a few years though so I'll take your word for it lol

Well I haven't walked around there in a minute either, but I do know that area is a hotspot for new developments in the South Bronx right now. There are constantly new buildings flying up and I think the overall vibe of that neighborhood is going to change dramatically within the next few years.
Also, its literally like right within a 3 block radius of two trains stations 3AV 138th on the 6 train and 138th St on the 4/5, a stop of way from Manhattan. I work on 59th st and it would literally take me less than 20min to get to work, compared to my current 45min-hr commute. That would be a dream. LOL
Not that Im getting called at 20,xxx, but, with the building still a concrete shell, I doubt they are in any rush at this point
Really? Oy vey! I wish they wouldn't put out the lotteries until the building is complete and habitable, most people that are applying are looking to move soonish, not a year from now smh my log number is 7,XXX so i mean there's a slight chance they could call me for an interview but it won't be any time soon anyways, so back to the housing connect drawing board i go!
