lolol! I apply where ever my income band fits, I'm from Harlem, I can deal with just about all of harlem.

Is the building on the same block as Wagner or across the street?

I hear you. It’s on the same lot of land as Wagner. Depending on where your apt is, you’ll have a direct view of Wagner. They demolished a community center to make way for Acadia which IMO looks much better and has more of a impact. If you get selected, ask for a South facing view

The lottery numbers are up. I’m in 180ish zone. Looks good, but I’m hesitant after reading all your posts. Wagner seems really bad...

It depends if you can live with ratchet or not. I can’t tell you. Best to explore the neighborhood on a Saturday night and see if you can deal with it
