What has been your experience with them?

So far, my first month’s bill was rather low and I’m nervous to see what the next bill will be after hearing horrible reviews from my neighbor’s and reviews on Google lol

Has anyone else used this company? Idk why my building doesn’t just use Con Edison

My building used quad logic at first. My first bill was one of the highest actually which made zero sense to me. I didn't have anything lol but after that it was always around 50 for a studio. Now they use a different one and the bill is still around the same price but I prefer quad logic cause it got added to my rent and it was easier to pay

My building is using Quad Logic, I've been here for nearly 2 years now & never had any problems with my electricity billings. I noticed my electricity is cheaper during summertime because my apartment is cooler due to its high ceiling & I used heather a lot during winter time. So far my bills can be as low as $26 & the highest was $78 but mostly in between $30 & $50.

My previous building used them and I dunno if it was them or the building pulling a fast one but I would get insanely high bills during airconditioning season, for one unit in a studio it would be upwards of $300 a month, and it wasn't even running 24/7 - and this was back in 2019/2020. My building would credit back a lot of the bill when I complained. Quadlogic did send someone to take a look at the meter and they said they found nothing, but not even my super believed that.
