Anyone know if you got a studio from lottery and moved in already but suddenly get pre approved for another building who might offer you a 1 studio

Yes you can break the lease but you still responsible for the rent until the find a new tenant.

Your wait time of 5 months was ridiculously long though. From 2014-2017 I was self employed but not this year. I wonder if they will take as long with my paper work since I was self employed as well hmmm

Congratulations. That’s a nice floor how many bedrooms? Wow 5months from management that’s kinda long let’s see how long HPD take to review your file. Well you cannot alternate the apartment but as long you return the apartment in the same condition was given to you once you move out you are responsible for the paint.
