Oh wow! I have heard most do a hard pull. When I went in for my interview to give all my documents and once she calculated my income and verified I was eligible. I did give her the money order and signed all the documents.
I got approved by HPD and I’m going to see the apartment Monday. They didn’t do a hard pull for my credit. My whole process took about 11 weeks. Now they they are done with the preference applicants, I think it’s going to be faster (the case worker told me they had to put a hold on my application until they finish the preference applicants).

Still no word from management. Can anyone that has moved in show me photos of the unit and tell me about the building? I qualify for a studio and 1 bedroom.
They should reply soon HPD approved me today I’m viewing my unit tomorrow
