Not from them, but just today they got the employment verification here at my job. I am so confused that building doesn't even have a CO and it's not ready yet!
Im confused myself my file has been handed in and completed , my interview was in july ,i was approved by management so hoping to be approved by hpd . I have community board preference . Only thing my credt wasnt ran but management said everything was good
Well IDK maybe they are processing the people that qualify quickly so when the CO is approved they move in people quickly? I have CB preference too, they asked for a couple of missing documents last week, haven't heard any more.

I have had TWo 5 days notices and then transferred to onw more tax specialists and my file was completed and approved and they said the coordinator would be getting back to me , ive been calling and emailing back very frequently . I do know of someone who was already accepted.
Haven't heard anything since they asked for additional documents, BUT they did warn me that the first people to be processed were the disability preference, and to expect to move around march.

They gave me a call and said that I was approved, I asked when could I see an apartment, they said the building would open 'next week' and they would call me... but that was over a week ago. I am holding my excitement until I sign something.
