Most even the high income brackets have inspections once a year also they request paper work every year. But they'll let you know within a few days if you're eligible, and then send the file to HPD for approval. (building won't be ready until September so the wait is a little excruciating)

Same here. I interviewed within the first 5 days of May. They will start moving in people in September I believe.

Has anyone gotten a call yet after the first interview/paperwork? or denied after bringing in the paperwork?

From what I've heard they're sending out job verification letters now and probably bringing people in to sign for credit checks next week.
