I applied and got a log # of 21xxx. I have not heard anything about this development as of yet.
Most of my log numbers are pretty high although i try to apply as soon as it comes out on the nyc housing connect website.
I passed on one in the Bronx as it turned out to be in a neighborhood i was not interested in.
Ok so here's my update. Got waitlisted today because my apt moved outside of the CB.
Otherwise all other parameters passed initial screening. Now back in the waiting game for all CB apartments to be filled. FML. Probably could be waiting a year who knows, and will give up all prayers on moving my family into this new building...
