I’m in the same boat, I have a small dog (French bull dog) if it comes down to no pets allowed I will sign her up for a support dog

Heyyy all ,
in the documents I had to sign it’s has a unit number with a log number is that my apartment number , does that mean they did the background and credit check already it’s the affidavits forms . And the rent portion . This is so confusing.

Yes once a unit number on TIC form send my to HPD it’s yours

Once it comes back from HPD, yes it’s yours!! Tic is the paper you signed to be sent to HPD! Congratulations!! I’ve never seen HPD refuse anyone unless you were fraudulent!!!

I signed tic forms for another bldg and they said they still dealing w cb preferences dont know why they would make me sign
A tic form if its mot being sent to hpd yet really low log number i have no preference tho Also my tic didnt have a unit number
