When I applied (way back when....) I was in the 60% AMI but now I am in the 80% AMI. I still haven't heard anything. I have a high log # (30,XXX) and ME preference but was just wondering if maybe they automatically skipped over mine now that the 60% is no longer available.

I think they are up to general population now. I don't even think they have a waiting list too. Only 80% ami studio and all 130% studios available.
I have a high log number 3xxxxx with CB still going through appeal. Haven’t heard anything from management after sending file to HPD on 3/2. They said it takes 2-4 weeks to hear an answer. I emailed them two days ago no response they’re probably annoyed I didn’t wait two weeks to ask if they heard anything lol
I got a rejection email based on 60% I appealed since I’m now 80%. Hey overturned my rejection. I also wanted 1 bedroom. But I’ll take studio. At least it’s something. Fingers crossed my documents get approved.
i got an email 3/12 to submit all paper work by 3/15. 3/16 had to do background. 3/17 was told paper work was send to HPD for approval. i fall in all 80 percent and 130 percent. But i wont take 130 percent bc thats alot for me. im just waiting for approval from HPD. they told me it can take 4 weeks. im hoping is less time. at 80 percent all they have is a studio. but ill take it. i have a kid too but he will learn how to live in a small space until further.
I'll take it if I get approve. What's your log number range Dymaf?
