Thinking about it now, the balcony was spacious though. I never saw a balcony in a studio.

Interesting having a balcony that is connected to a common outside area. This is the first spot ive actually gone through a process with after 6 years of applying! But to to end up rejecting it after the whole process they put you through is super annoying because they do the mostttt and make you go through the mosttt! Well good luck in your future lotteries! & thank you for your insight and information my fingers are still crossed

I was approved on 4/30 for a 80% AMI studio. The rent is still as advertised $1,230.

Congratulations!! That is awesome. Were you able to see a unit yet? My friend was contacted and submitted documents back in March and was told that she’ll have to wait for them to reach her log number before proceeding further. (Log # 2xxx)

Thank you so much! Yes I did see it. I was approved for a studio. it’s a little smaller then some of the studio units I saw on YouTube but after doing some measurements a couch, my queen bed and my stuff will work. so I’ll be taking it! I signed the lease for June 1st. I’m very happy with my decision, a lot of the bigger units have already been leased out but I still believe it’s a blessing especially coming from where I was
