In your experience (or your brothers) when they ran a background/credit check, how long did it take to determine you were cleared and able to view a unit?

No nothing yet. They confirmed receipt of my additional documents & consent to run background/credit check. Since they give you 5 days to submit documents (today being the final day) I'm refraining from reaching out just yet to check the status. Hopefully they'll have some update next week after they run the credit check on everyone they requested. This is a true test of patience...but anything worth having is worth fighting for! ::fingers and toes crossed:: lol

You have Cb preference if you live in Clinton Hill when they contact you to process your application. Can you post pics of the apt?

Congratulations on the apartment! CB means community board preference, if you’ve lived in the neighborhood.
