Advertisements

Viewed the apartment. Said yes. Updated the paperwork at the request of the agency who said all was in order. Last message from them: "Received, thank you. Your file has been submitted to HPD, we will notify you as soon as an update is received."

Any idea how long it takes for the HPD to approve?

Every time my phone makes a sound my heart leaps out of my chest cavity.

Cool, hopefully that's the same timeframe I'm looking at. Did the HPD ask you for anything or did they simply accept you?

After being told that the paperwork checked out, I went and got my keys in my apartment. Super showed me how things worked, and that was it. Went to work after lol.

Good luck! mine took about 5 days. That was in December and I still haven't signed my lease. The process can take quite a while.

What does is mean when they ask you to come in for TIC? Does that mean they already calculated your income?
