Yes. The building finally got its TCO and people are starting to move in. Also just an update my move in date is June 1st and management told me I’m the first out of the whole building to move in! Praying that everything gets approved!

@JennJen, thanks for the info, I just had a few questions (for anyone honestly), how long after your documents were submitted to HDC, did HDC let you know that you were approved? Also, after HDC approved you, did you have to go in person to sign a lease and get the keys? I know that for the lease signing you have to choose how many years you want, so did they ask you that? Thanks.

After my documents were Submitted to HDC It took about 2 weeks for them to approve me and my caseworker called me to notify me. And yes I had to go in person to sign the lease and the day of my move-in date is when I gotten my keys (also you will sign 2 different leases one with HDC and the other with the owners of the building)

Your chances are very good you have a great log number. Just prepare for the long wait and be patient. Be nice and provide them with everything they ask for.

Do you have their phone number still by any chance? I would really appreciate if you could send it. Their man line doesn’t go anywhere
