I'm going for a location in Astoria and was contacted recently (March) that I was randomly selected for review. Submitted my docs, got confirmation they were received a couple weeks ago. Now I'm just wondering what comes next...

I have not viewed the apartment as of yet, not sure if I would have saw it already under normal circumstances, but because of the pandemic all of my paperwork was sent in via email. Good luck

I wonder how many people will lose out on an apartment because they are making more on unemployment than they did with their job.

Really curious about this as well! Anyone in the application process lose their job and on unemployment now?

They should count that extra as income since it's not permanent and only for a few months due to covid.
