So I work for the utility company and I can assure you guys there are apartments left. However i obviously don’t know the size of the apts or the ami. But there is a really good amount left. For instance all of the 6th floor apartments are vacant. Most of the 4th floor apartments are vacant. And the higher up the more vacant apartments there are
I kinda just skimmed through the floors because im working. But there is plenty left
The building goes up to flr 22.
Letters A-R on each floor starting with floor 2.
And since sending off my paper work almost exactly 2 weeks ago, i still haven’t heard anything back
Thank you for sharing Rlk23.
Last weekend, the agent told me that the building is more than 50% rented, maybe some empty units are just waiting for people to move in and leases are already signed?!? Just guessing.
Also I understood that most of the apts for lower AMI are filled and 130%AMI 3 and 2 bedrooms are gone.
We have been waiting for them to get back to us for our appeal since the beginning of February. Does anyone know how long it takes them to give us an answer for the appeal? Thanks
Fk.sco- i think that sounds about right. It makes sense that more than 50% of the building is rented because it is 313 apartments. Maybe all cb are filled??
Darkwolf83- I’m not sure how long the appeal process typically is, but i would follow up. I’ve done an appeal specifically with related, with my current apartment, which i got about 5 years ago, and my appeal took a few days. I think 2-3 days tops!
Oh and I appealed because I was denied originally due to credit.
My log number is in the #60,000 and got a preliminary Document Submission request. CB preference, 2 people, but probably won't accept a studio, it really is too tiny for two people working from home.
I got an email in november telling me to get my papers ready...and wait. My log number is about 30,000 and I have no idea how many people with CB preference are ahead of me. I qualify for an 80% AMI studio.
I got an email yesterday to summit documents log number in the 10000s disability preference preference . I’m either in the 80 ami or 50. Are they calling all cb preferences and just waitlisting everybody or would they even have any disability apt left. There’s usually very few to begin with and they are usually in the bottom floors.
I can’t believe they are still contacting people off of the preference list. If they are not waitlisting those people then they must be having difficulty filling up these apartments.
I hope they still have availability in the 130 or 165% range.
