Also, a lower number in lower AMI would not be contacted if the AMI is filled. That's why 10K+ logs in 130% AMI are being contacted virtually for anywhere they take part and we in 60% AMI we should wait for a lower log # or a bigger development (eg the Carolina)

There was someone in the 80% ami that was contacted. And I would also qualify for 130 ami as well, so I feel like I was skipped.

I was recently offered at 80%. But declined, cuz rooms are small, and no amenities. I don't think this is anywhere near the higher-end lotteries of late. Basic shelter. I'd encourage landlords/developers to try harder. Bring more life, imagination to projects. 2021 and onwards demand higher
