I did get an email to confirm my interest tonight, so it's possible they've moved on to the general population. Log # is in the low 40s.

Does anyone know once you been approved and assigned a unit when they reach out in regards to move-in date as well deposit and rent. I thought I would be shown 2 units since i fall under 2 ami which is the household income. Was shown only 1 unit.

I spoke with my agent today and it seem they are starting to move people in this month, but he said they have to get updated information from everyone approved so it’s taking time. I just got approved and assigned a unit.

As for the unit I don’t know, that’s technically the rule in housing guide. Ask your agent, they have a long response time for questions so I tend to call and get through faster than an email.

I’ve just been contacted today to schedule a lease signing appointment. They have TCO now.

Does anyone know how long after you submit the security and first month check do they call you in to sign the lease and for a move in date
