Received a request for documents for the Creston Parkview building (#9XX, no CB/ME, 60/80AMI). I don't see much information about the complex here or online. Has anyone been called in or submitted documents? I want to live in AH, I don't actually want to leave Brooklyn for Fordham, Bronx. When I return to theater I will be working late nights, the train is super close to the building, but...

Any info about the building, neighborhood, etc. is appreciated. I applied to this last year when less decerning about the lotteries I applied to. This week I received one denial and this request, so it seems things are moving along on the old Housing Connect. Thanks for your info.

That’s a tough area, although there’s a lot of shops and Fordham university is a few blocks away. I’ll still take it, and just stay to yourself. You work late nights, carry some pepper spray. The good thing is that area is always busy and it’s not a ghost town. Good luck!!
