They're beautiful. And if you're lucky to get the Manhattan view, you'll be amazing. I remember living in the 19th floor for years and still being amazed by the scenery.
Thank you!
Actually, I am not super excited about this one. Because I need two-bedroom apartments.

It’s typical for a ML building to allow existing residents to move to larger, or smaller, apartments after they have lived there for a minimum amount of time. This is often called an internal waitlist. Be sure to ask about this type of policy.
How long would an internal waitlist be for a 2 bed? I can’t guess. But, since this is among the largest ML development in the City we can assume that many 2 bed apts exist there. It might be a very good chance at a 2 bed in the future for an excellent value.

Hey, can you please go a little more into that? What did you like about living in LP, the surrounding areas. Did you find the area to be safe? Which buildings have the Manhattan view?
My grandmother lived there for years, she lived on the 7th floor with a view looking to manhattan,
Back then the neighborhood was rough, but now you can hardly recognize it, its clean and nice, I enjoyed how open the living room with the balcony and the views were incredible for the price. I had a nice childhood growing up there, They wanted to put my name on the lease so if something were to happen the apartment stayed in the family. Unfortunately my grandmother passed before it could be finalized and we lost it. Right now i have a way bigger apartment with my own private backyard, but I would change it for a lindsay apartment with that view and neighborhod.
Great to hear that there are balconies that come with apartments. And that the neighborhood has improved. It’s a huge plus to be near several subway lines and near the city.
Would be happy to hear from deltapi about his apartment viewing, any pros and cons

If you do a search on the internet you can find some images. I believe an architect’s firm has some images up for a contract they did to renovate lobbies.
all i got are old pics of when growing up but...... the rooms are huge, the bathrooms are meh and the kitchen are long but they are way better than most apartments you see in nyc today
