Hey everyone! I stumbled upon this thread during my research. I received a letter that I was at the top of the list a few weeks ago and my log # is in the 9x. I responded immediately that I was still interested. Haven’t heard back since. Generally curious what it means to be at the “top of the list”. I I’ve been on several ML waitlist for over 15+years and this is the first promising response.
You can email the property manager on that letter and he'll let you know approx how long it'll take before you're called!

Gave them a call this morning. The person wasn’t particularly helpful and seemed unbothered. Couldn’t tell me timing and how many were ahead of me. Will just go back to patiently waiting.

I emailed the property manager on the letter that says I'm near the top of the list and he was helpful. Provided me with an estimate of a month or two.

Congratulations. Lindsay Park is perhaps the largest Mitchell-Lama in Brooklyn. About seven tall buildings it has about 2700 apartments. Because of the size and not being in Manhattan the waitlist tends to move faster than other ones.

My number is close to 200, I haven't heard anything yet.
