Still nothing and it's been about 3 weeks now. Hopefully, it's just the post office and we don't miss any deadlines in the letter.

Yeah same here. Don’t worry we didn’t miss a deadline. I emailed HPD and they said HPD is still in process of finalizing the list. Once Lindsay park receives the list of applicants management will start sending out applications. So let’s see what happens in the next few weeks.

Lottery for one-bedrooms open this week on the 10th on Mitchell-Lama Connect, closes November 28th. Will throw my name in the hat for this one.
