ML Connect shows Lindsay has filled its first unit of 2023. A one-bed was filled on January 20, #2952.
We can assume that this number is from an old waitlist. How many total log numbers are on this assumed waitlist? I have not a clue other than to say something motivated Lindsay to have a lottery last year.
Lindsay has about 2700 units total, very large for Mitchell Lama, this and a non-Manhattan location suggest that wait lists could move faster here.
ML Connect shows Lindsay has filled at least one of all the other unit sizes in 2022.
wow. the last number they approved in December was 2899, now jumped to 2952. seems like moving very fast. i tried to call the management last week to find out how many more number from the old waitlist but they didn't tell me
hopefully they start the new list soon.
